Delivery Policy

I. Shipping Fees

  • Free delivery for orders of HKD 500 or above per order

  • HKD 60 delivery fee applies to orders below HKD 500

  • (Refrigerated and courier delivery currently available within Hong Kong only; we do not ship outside Hong Kong at this time)

II. Cooling Packs & Insulated Bags
To ensure the safety and quality of beverages, insulated bags will be provided for orders containing chilled items. Additional cooling packs may be included when necessary.

III. Delivery Service Commitment
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). We aim to arrange same-day dispatch via professional refrigerated delivery for orders placed before the 2:00 PM cut-off time.

Under normal circumstances, delivery can be expected as early as the next day after dispatch. For special delivery time requests, please leave a note with your order or contact our customer service team.

If same-day delivery is required, please indicate this in your order notes or contact us directly. We will do our best to accommodate. Please refer to the schedule below:

  • Order placed before 10:00 AM → Delivery before 6:00 PM

  • Order placed before 2:00 PM → Delivery between 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM

If same-day dispatch is not possible due to stock or other reasons, orders will be dispatched within three working days from the date of purchase at the latest.

IV. Change of Delivery Address
Please ensure that a correct residential or business address and contact number are provided at checkout to avoid delivery delays. If an incorrect address is submitted, please contact us as soon as possible:

V. Delivery Restrictions
Delivery service is limited to residential and commercial addresses, as defined by the courier company. If the delivery address falls outside the courier’s service area, we will contact you to arrange alternatives, and additional charges may apply.

For addresses without elevator access, customers are required to meet the courier at ground level.

VI. Issues with Delivered Goods
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If any damage or discrepancy in quantity is found, kindly take photos and contact us promptly:
